EQUIPMENT: AUTOMATIC LAMINATOR LATHE
 MODEL: SLP TLC-2200
 Equipment made of carbon steel structure, has a central axis for fixing the foam block, which will facilitate mechanical transmission.

 The cut is continuous by means of blades in action (10,000 mm long, 85 mm wide and 1 mm thick driven by two wheels of 780 mm in diameter) driven by 1 motor (5 HP / 6 Poles).

 Foam blades are made according to the communication between the encoder, servo motor and spindle, from 02 to 40mm, entered by the operator at the HMI.

 The purpose of this system is to guarantee perfect cuts and prevent wear.
 NOTE: The sharpening of the blades is performed by a set of sharpeners with emery and wheel.

 It has a rotation of 0 to 100m per minute. The foam is pulled by a cylindrical roller with a diameter of 140mm and wound on a 42mm diameter cylindrical shaft.

 The desired foam is measured by means of a digital system (attached to the control panel), which is programmed by the operator, after the process carried out by the machine as ordered, it will stop immediately.

 The process consists of two winches, one for the foam block, which will be lifted, facilitating the process and the second is fitted on the central axis of the block, in order to make it easier to position it.
