 Equipment developed in carbon steel structure, consisting of 04 cast iron wheels balanced and rectified, fixed in steel cubes with first-rate rubber armored bearings. One of the steering wheels is directly coupled to the axis of the 4 HP / 8 pole electric motor which will move it.
 The infinite ribbon blade is implemented by a tensioner suspended under a spring, which guarantees a better fit and tension under the flywheels. This system is also made up of 4 continuous sharpeners positioned at opposite angles with the availability of sharpening adjustment.
 The parallel backrest can be moved by an adjustment ratchet attached to the side of the table.
 Equipment consisting of a roller table linked to the aluminum table for cutting foam blocks, if during the process the operator only needs to cut the foam, it can be removed to make the machine lighter in its process.
 Backrest adjustment option according to the desired measure of the laminates.
