 EQUIPMENT WITH ART REPORT
 Equipment manufactured in carbon steel structure with double cut to laminate blankets. Manufactured with high quality tubes and governed by a carbon steel structure, ensuring better support for its components and inhibiting possible vibrations and impacts, it has a 15mm thick MDF plate coated in aluminum oxide to inhibit the movement of the block under the table . Its movement process occurs under rails, which is moved by a reducer coupled to a 2CV / 4 pole motor, making the advance and return of the table. The cutting blade is then pressed under two cast iron wheels, this system is controlled by a 3CV / 4 pole motor. The blade sharpening process is performed by a sharpener set consisting of two wheels in opposite directions with adjustment for sharpening it. The cutting head performs the same in a vertical direction with up and down movement occurring under linear guides, pulled by two laminated ball screws, a motor brake and two reducers. It also includes an automatic pressure roller system that supports the foam block to be laminated and maintains a cut pattern, avoiding possible changes in its thickness.
 CONTROL PANEL:

 It has an interconnected PLC and HMI, which communicate and forward the commands to the equipment, which can be controlled by its screen attached to the panel.

 The settings such as: blade, head rising and falling, cutting measures, quantity, advance and return and adjustment in the height of the oppressor roller can be accessed and are controlled by the HMI.

 The HMI receives and performs all commands programmed by the operator
 It also has a frequency inverter increasing and decreasing the speed of the cutting table, according to the command requested by the operator.

 Equipment accompanies ART report of mechanic, overload protection system and ventilation system to prevent heating of electrical components and guarantee the equipment's useful life.
 AUTOMATIC ROLLER SYSTEM:
 Adjustment of the height of the oppressor roller is carried out by programming on the control panel.
